Oscari Seppälä Specialist Partner regularly advises clients on all aspects of international transport, insurance and international trade law issues. Further to this, Oscari’s areas of specialisation are maritime, shipping, commercial, anti-bribery, tort law and sanctions. Oscari is a practising maritime lawyer specialized in transport law. His assignments include international and domestic dispute resolution regarding civil and criminal matters. Moreover, Oscari regularly litigates before court.

Further to this, he advises on Trade Compliance issues frequently and carries on training to clients on sanctions, export and import licenses, EU Customs code, dual use goods as well as economic quotas affecting international trade. Oscari has decade of experience of all these areas. He has worked in Public Legal Aid Office as a Public Legal Aid Attorney, in an other Finnish law firm and in an international freight forwarding undertaking established in Finland.

Oscari has gained valuable first hand knowledge on transport industry and dispute resolution. He provides practical and business orientated legal advice. Oscari also writes articles and lectures on subjects related to his areas of specialisation.
