Professional Experience

Liene Krumina is serving as strategic business law adviser to foreign corporates. She is heading the Firms Baltic Desk. She regularly advises clients on all aspects of cross border commercial, corporate, employment and contract law issues. Ms. Krumina has first-hand experience in how to establish corporate presence in Finland. She is continuously educating herself to reach her full potential and become business leader with an innovative and sustainable mindset.

Ms. Krumina has represented several large and mid-size international corporates to establish their presence in the Finnish market and to successfully execute M&A activity in Finland. Furthermore, her scope includes legal questions relating to drafting of contracts, employment law issues, Trade Compliance and contractual disputes. She provides detail orientated and business minded services to the clients. Ms. Krumina is available for board position.

Ms. Krumina regularly supports clients in drafting employment and manager contracts, service subcontracts, licensing agreements and rent agreements. Before LKOS Law Office, she has worked in one of the largest Latvian law firms as well as in a leading Finnish law firm. Therefore, Ms. Krumina has extensive practical knowledge regarding supporting successful establishment of business in Baltic and Finnish markets. She provides holistic and business minded services to the clients. Ms. Krumina serves as the firm’s managing partner.
